Concept involves food/beverage themed sectors, also known as Quarters (local land with defined geographic borders) AKA: Districts or Zones. The Quarters could include the following suggested themes of cloned restaurants, etc (not in any order}, all within “The Park” :
* New Orleans * New York * Beach Cities * New England * Asia: Mediterranean. South Asia, South East Asia, Korea Japan, China * Big Sky and Old West * Greater Northwest: Oregon, Washington, British Columbia and Alaska * Italian Countryside and villages * French Countryside and villages * Craft beers: local, Washington, USA, world * Wines and Ciders: local, Washington, USA, world *

The entities selected and recruited will enjoy world-wide recognition and reputation for quality of product, service and value.
Concept involves one-time cloning operation of each of the businesses at YWP, their facilities, menus, and ambiance (inside and outside architecture, wait staff).
The total intent of Concept is to be world-class and a one-of-a-kind experience for all persons, patrons and visitors. For partial example themed communities exist in (1) Leavenworth, WA, (2) Solvang, CA, and (3) Williamsburg, VA
There are no known similar YWP Concepts anywhere in the world.
Sited in Yakima, YWP would be a world-class destination point, unrivaled by any other destination in the world for its purposes.
Downtown Yakima and the region would benefit from this redevelopment and the former lumber mill land from development.
